Our Team

We’re a husband-and-wife team with a shared passion for helping others grow, overcome challenges, and create meaningful change. Our approach blends our unique perspectives and strengths, allowing us to support clients with both empathy and practical guidance.

Ashlyn Faber

Ashlyn has a heart for walking alongside others through the real and often challenging seasons of life. As a wife and mother of three teenagers, she has spent many years investing in her family as a stay-at-home mom, navigating everything from food sensitivities to the emotional ups and downs that come with raising children. Her own journey has included experiencing deep loss with the passing of her mom, as well as working through anxiety and depression—experiences that have shaped her compassion, resilience, and understanding. She is a thoughtful listener who values chasing after the call on your life, integrity, and meaningful relationships. Through years of serving in ministry, including worship leading and church leadership alongside Jason, she has developed a deep desire to care for and support others.

“Whether you are facing a difficult season or simply seeking growth and clarity, it would be my joy to come alongside you, offering encouragement, perspective, and faith-centered support as you move forward.”
